OUR BEGINNINGS WERE HUMBLE
Incorporated in 2016 by three General Practitioners and the Practice Manager from The Surgery, Clifton Road, Ashbourne, these four individuals sought resilience, financial stability and succession in their GP Practice. With the uncertainty of the NHS Five Year Forward View (NHS5YFV) they were keen to ensure that systems were in place to secure the delivery of healthcare in Ashbourne. With the economies of scale at the core of business continuity and resilience they invested in Henmore Health Limited. An organisation independently achieving Care Quality Commission registration and Approved as an Independent Healthcare Provider, they sought to find other baskets to place their eggs, widen their ability to deliver quality healthcare across a larger geographical footprint and establish a service known for innovation and excellence.
3 years on, Henmore Health held both NHS, Community and Corporate contracts in both Medicals Service Delivery and Business Support to deliver a wide range of healthcare services. Where once we delivered care to 7900 patients in one town, we now deliver services across Derbyshire and the East Midlands. Renowned for "routine GP appointments next week, every week", Henmore Health's NHS Services are some of the most accessible primary care services in the country. Merged in September 2019 to become the Henmore Group of Companies and Brands, the Joint Organisation grows 7% annually.
In 2019 Henmore Group launched the REACT Services, providing Management and Financial Support to Practices and PCNs.
In 2023 Henmore Health took full control of what would become Henmore Health Brailsford Surgery, operating as an equal sibling alongside Henmore Health - Ashbourne Surgery in the South Dales.
In January 2024 Henmore Group soft launched AdminX, to provide back office and telephony system support to Health and wiser industry.
In August 2024 Henmore Health Limited went live with its new NHS Pharmacy mandate as the Pharmacy wing of the Henmore Group
January 2025 Henmore Group begun the transition from Small to Medium Business, a project due to mature by March 2026.
